1.  Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class.

2. The front doors will be locked 10 minutes into every class. For safety reasons, no-one 10 or more minutes late for class is permitted entry and leaving class early is strongly discouraged.

3. Shoes must be removed before entering the studio.

4. Mobile phones must be on silent mode.

5. It is the responsibility of the student to notify teachers of any previous injury, illness or conditions that may impact their practice.

6. Classes at Crave Yoga may be physically strenuous and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury or death.  

7. Crave Yoga is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings. 

8. All students must have a unique online account associated with a unique email address. Family and friends may not share the same email address or account. 

9. By booking into a class you automatically agree to the terms and conditions.

FIRST TIMERS Please arrive 15 minutes before class starts to get acquainted with the teacher and studio.

1. Bring a mat, towel and water bottle. Blocks are not provided by the studio, please bring if needed. Water bottles can be filled from our filtered cooler. 

2. No shoes are allowed in the studio space.

3. Cell phones should be on silent mode. 

introductory offers

1. Our new student offers are only available to brand new students.

2. Only one per student is permitted.

3. All promotions are non-transferable, non-returnable and cannot be shared. 

membership terms

1. Memberships cannot be shared.

2. Membership fees will automatically be charged to your credit card on file on the same date every month. The date is determined by the first date of purchased membership.

3. Memberships will automatically renew on a month to month basis once current membership expires. Please submit in writing at  hello@craveyoga-mv.com with 14 days notice if you would like to cancel upon completion of your current membership. 

4. No holds on 3-month memberships. All hold requests require 10 day notice in writing to hello@craveyoga-mv.com and can not be applied retroactively.

5. Five- and Ten-card class packs are non-refundable, cannot be shared, and expire 12 months from date of purchase.

6. Month-to-month class packages with no membership will automatically be charged to the credit card on file on the same date every month. The date is determined by the first date of purchase. Please submit in writing at hello@craveyoga-mv.com with 14 days notice if you would like to cancel. 

7. Membership cancellations are allowed for pregnancy, I.V.F. treatment, injury or illness that prevents you from practicing yoga, job loss, moving more than a 25 minute drive from Crave Yoga. All requests require 14 days notice and cannot be applied retroactively. 

8. 10 card class packs are non-refundable, cannot be shared, and expire 12 months from date of purchase.

9. Gift cards are non-refundable and non redeemable for cash.

10. Workshops are paid for separately. No refunds 7 days prior to the scheduled workshop date. If unable to cancel 7 days before the workshop date you have the option to find a person to take your place. Payment will be transferred to their name. Crave Yoga is not responsible for finding a replacement.

11. 1/2 OFF the second month offer applies to new members only.

gift cards

1. Gift Cards can be redeemed for classes, workshops, account credit, and/or retail purchases.

2. Gift cards can be purchased and sent electronically through our online store or in-studio.

3. Gift cards are non refundable and non redeemable for cash.
