daily yoga
Start your mornings with an energizing vinyasa yoga class, then wind down in the evenings with a combination of slow flow vinyasa, restorative practices and meditation.

Immerse yourself in the magic of Sayulita with a snorkeling adventure, scenic nature walks, and moments of profound connection to the ocean and the rain forest. As a highlight of your journey, experience a traditional sweat lodge ceremony, also known as Temazcal. Temazcal is a sacred ritual of purification, renewal, and deep connection to yourself and the natural elements. This transformative practice will leave you feeling grounded and revitalized.

Helena is a passionate and dedicated yoga teacher who believes in the transformative power of movement, breath, and self-inquiry . With a teaching style that blends strength, fluidity, and mindfulness, Helena encourages students to explore their edges, deepen their awareness, and cultivate resilience. | Beyond the physical practice, Helena is deeply invested in fostering genuine connection and community. She believes that yoga is not just about individual transformation but also about showing up for one another, sharing energy, and creating space for collective growth. | As the owner of Crave Yoga in Mountain View, Helena has built a welcoming and supportive community, inviting students to show up authentically, both on and off the mat.
misha krepon
Misha approaches yoga with a playful attitude while still honoring the profound and ancient wisdom of the practice. At the heart of her classes is a conscious focus on breath and body awareness combined with a flow of poses designed to bring about calmness, clarity, strength, flexibility, balance and a deeper sense of wellbeing. | Misha has been practicing yoga for over thirty years and teaching for the last fifteen. Her grounded and intuitive approach creates a space where everyone feels welcome and encouraged to practice in a way that feels right to them, honoring where they are in that moment. Misha ends every class with a deeply relaxing final rest and hopes that everyone leaves feeling a little lighter and kinder than when they came in.

By registering for the Crave Yoga Retreat to Sayulita, Mexico, October 13–18, 2025, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
To reserve your spot for the Crave Yoga Retreat, we require a non-refundable deposit of $500. This helps us secure your place and plan all the amazing details for your experience.
50% of total payment due by July 31, 2025.
Full payment due by September 9, 2025.
Please note that all payments are non-refundable. We understand that life happens, but unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds for any personal conflicts, illness, injury, family emergencies, or other circumstances that might prevent you from joining us.
If something comes up and you can’t make it, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to someone else — just let us know in writing ahead of time. The person taking your spot will need to meet all the eligibility requirements and agree to the retreat terms.
In the unlikely event that Crave Yoga needs to cancel the retreat, you’ll receive a full refund of any payments made. However, we can’t cover additional expenses like flights or travel costs.
By completing your registration and payment, you’re confirming that you’ve read and agreed to these terms, and that you’re ready for an incredible experience with us! We can't wait to share this journey with you.
