Nikki, a 500-hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT) with two decades of teaching experience, specializes in Vinyasa/Power Yoga. She has successfully mentored more than 100 instructors through her comprehensive 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga teacher training curriculum. Nikki’s unique teaching style blends traditional yoga poses with functional movements, isometrics, and innovative sequencing. Her training program is an extension of this eclectic approach, guided by the philosophy of “teaching from love.” It is designed not only for aspiring yoga teachers but also for individuals seeking to deepen their personal practice and embark on a journey of self-improvement.
Many of Nikki’s trainees have achieved remarkable success; they teach yoga globally, opened their yoga studios, and even those who initially had no teaching aspirations find themselves passionately sharing the practice with others. Additionally, participants in Nikki’s program often credit it with their professional development, highlighting its significant influence on their career trajectories and personal growth.
Nikki’s teacher training was deeply transformative in both my inner world and the way I connect with others. Her authentic, heart-centered approach expresses the true meaning of yoga before even starting to teach anything. I left with a full heart and an eager spirit ready to shift into purpose. ~ Larisa

what will be expected of me?
Your commitment to and trust in the process. Attendance at all in-person and zoom sessions, completion of all group work, assignments, reports, and the final practical to a satisfactory level are necessary for accreditation.
Required reading list and materials will be provided two weeks before the first Zoom session. You are responsible for learning the material, either from your peers, view recorded zoom sessions or, for additional support to catch up, through private sessions with Nikki at an extra charge.
can I still teach if I have physical limitations or my body doesn’t allow me to access certain poses?
Absolutely! Every student and teacher is dealing with limitations in varying degrees and aspects. Understanding and accepting one’s own limitations helps to understand and accept limitations in others, which contributes greatly to not only teaching but to deepening one’s own practice. Yoga is a journey of self discovery, it is not about achieving a certain pose or level of flexibility, but rather cultivating awareness, compassion and inner peace.
