bollywood dance with shez & shai

Step into a deeply restorative experience in the soft, calming glow of candlelight. In this guided Yoga Nidra practice — often called “yogic sleep” — you’ll lie fully supported while the mind is gently led through body awareness, breath, and subtle visualizations. There’s no effort, no stretching, only the invitation to let go and rest completely.

This practice helps release physical tension, calm the nervous system, and quiet the mind, creating a profound sense of renewal. Many people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply nourished. Perfect for anyone looking to reset, recharge, or simply give themselves the gift of intentional, conscious rest.

This class invites you to move with freedom—flowing through expressive sequences that link one movement to the next using circular pathways, coordinated arm sweeps, and full-body transitions to create space in the body, ease tension, and settle the mind. You’ll move within a guided structure while choosing your own pace, flowing or pausing as needed.

From this flowing practice, we transition into restorative yoga, using bolsters, blankets, and blocks to support the body as it slows down and settles into deep rest. You’ll leave feeling open, grounded, and free in your mind, body, and spirit.


 

sound bath: friday night reset with jen accristo

Close out your week with deep rest and renewal. This immersive sound bath experience will soothe your nervous system and help you release the stress you’ve been carrying. As you lie comfortably, waves of sound from crystal bowls and other healing instruments wash over you — quieting the mind, easing tension, and guiding you into a meditative state.

No movement required, just arrive ready to relax and reset. It's the perfect way to transition from the busyness of the week into a calmer, more centered weekend.


 

kirtan with prajna vieira & mr david

Kirtan is a soulful, call-and-response chanting practice that blends music, mantra, and community. Together, we sing ancient and modern chants, allowing the rhythm and vibration of the music to open the heart, calm the mind, and uplift the spirit. Whether you’re a seasoned chanter or a first-timer, kirtan offers a joyful space to connect, let go, and experience the power of collective sound.

Mr David (David Estes) and Prajna Brianna Vieira and each bring together 25+ years of Hindu devotional chanting practice and experience with professional musicianship in a dynamic duo sharing a traditional style Bhakti Yoga kirtan practice in call and response chanting with the audience. Both lead, trading off on vocals, with Prajna on harmonium and melodica and David on Indian drum and Chikari Banjo.
